At ACLER, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
